As a Vice President, Client Advisor in Italy, you will lead new client acquisition and retention by leveraging your broad knowledge of investments, banking, trust services, and financial planning. You would also be responsible for the client experience and for leveraging our resources to deliver a comprehensive wealth management solution.

You will manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning their trust, thoroughly understanding their needs, providing tailored advice, developing thoughtful solutions, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Tasks

  • Generate business results and acquire new assets, both from the existing client base and through new client acquisition
  • Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs
  • Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients as needed
  • Understand clients’ goals and objectives to develop and implement an investment plan for their overall balance sheet, including holistic asset allocation, investment management, portfolio construction, and tactical asset allocation shifts, as well as wealth planning, credit, and banking needs
  • Ensure that proposed solutions meet clients’ needs and objectives in the short, medium, and long term through a holistic, goals-based planning approach
  • Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures
  • Collaborate with other Client Advisors on the team to maximize the team’s strengths and achieve team goals

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Significant experience in private banking working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals or in related fields within the financial services industry
  • Previous business development experience, including knowledge of profiling, negotiation, and proactively seeking referrals
  • A dynamic and credible professional who communicates clearly and possesses exceptional presentation skills
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their work
  • Experience or a demonstrated understanding of investments, banking, and trust concepts, including but not limited to: asset allocation in structured portfolios, managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, deposit and loan solutions, basic trust and estate products, and the identification of wealth planning opportunities
  • A strong reputation with an established network

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in asset allocation or with multi-asset-class portfolios, or sales experience, is preferred
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a corporate culture that values innovation, customer service, internal collaboration, and entrepreneurship
