Tasks

The focus is on implementing our initiatives with an emphasis on sustainable business growth, deeper penetration of the entrepreneur and UHNWI segments, and clear positioning as a long-term, trusted wealth partner across generations. In close coordination with the Executive Board, you will define and be responsible for the strategic framework for market presence, client experience, and investment governance.

The position offers high visibility, genuine entrepreneurial freedom, a long-term perspective with the opportunity to enter a partnership track, and a highly competitive total compensation package within a stable, values-driven firm.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

You have proven leadership experience in private banking/wealth management, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, an established network in the relevant field, and a deep understanding of investment concepts and risk governance.

In addition to filling this leadership position, we are seeking experienced professionals in client advisory, the investment sector, and the strategic expansion of market presence to ensure growth, quality, and scalability in equal measure.
