The Finance team keeps Revolut moving forward with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insights shape everything from daily operations to long-term plans and play a key role in how we scale.
We’re looking for a Head of Capital Management to support key treasury activities, with a focus on capital as we expand our features and reach.
You’ll assess our capital and manage market risks, such as foreign exchange, interest rates, and credit. You’ll also oversee various treasury procedures and collaborate with our tech teams to make necessary improvements to reporting processes.

Tasks
- Enhancing and developing capital management and allocation frameworks
- Managing group capital plans and reviewing subsidiary plans
- Supporting business decision-making and related capital actions
- Performing regular capital forecasts and assessing ongoing capital adequacy
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management
- Understanding and interpreting regulatory requirements related to safeguarding
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- 6+ years of experience in treasury management, with a focus on capital or similar areas at a financial institution or fintech company
- Expertise in forecasting and modeling
- Knowledge of capital risk and treasury concepts
- A solid understanding of European banking regulations (CRR/Delegated Act, etc.)
- Expert analytical skills with the ability to explain decisions to senior management
- Excellent problem-solving skills to break down complex issues into their component parts, identify the root cause, and develop elegant solutions
- Fluency in English
- Nice to have
Knowledge of accounting standards
- Fluency in French
- A CFA, ACCA/ACA, and/or CertBALM certification
