China Construction Bank Frankfurt Branch was set up in September 1999. Holding a full banking license, the Branch provides banking services including Euro clearing, commercial loan and deposit, international settlement, trade finance, FX services, CNY cross-border services. With CCB’s global financial service network, the Branch could provide comprehensive banking services to European and Chinese customers.

Tasks

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team
• Responsibility for ensuring the accurate daily accounting of business activities and administrative expenses
• Responsibility for preparing financial statements according to HGB and IFRS, other documents and regulatory reports (CRR, Statistics) required by the authorities
• Main contact person regarding local taxation
• Development and optimization of accounting/reporting processes and systems
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (auditors, BaFin, group audit etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or similar fields
• Leading experience (more than 3 years preferred) in accounting at a bank or financial institution
• Comprehensive knowledge of HGB and IFRS
• Extended knowledge in accounting related fields
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations preferred
• Experience in personnel management and team leadership
• Strong intercultural competence and communication skills
