As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will drive transformation across our financial control framework and lead strategic initiatives to optimize our Group’s financial operations.

Tasks

• Lead the ICS and control framework process for the Group
• Lead the transformation of procedures and accounting policies
• Manage the Group’s balance sheet optimization as well as capital and dividend flows globally from subsidiaries
• Own the chart of accounts evolution process; lead discussions regarding the consolidation tool and general ledger/ERP
• Finance Process and Systems Optimization
• Coordinate with local CFOs and manage the Global CFO

Project Management

• Lead and manage finance-related projects from inception to completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Presentations to the Executive Committee (ExCO) and the Global Business Council (GBC)
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
• Process analysis (end-to-end); identifying and addressing bottlenecks
• Holistic management of ongoing developments

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• Banking experience is a plus
• Qualified chartered accountant with experience outside of the audit practice
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; French, German, and/or Italian are a plus;
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and corporate law.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
