The Group Resilience Management department is responsible for the two core teams, Business Continuity Management and Physical Security, within the RBI Group. The primary goal is to ensure the secure and continuous operation of business-critical processes and to prevent business disruptions or damage to the assets of the RBI Group. Additionally, Group Business Continuity Management is responsible for the crisis management process across the entire RBI network.
As a crucial part of the RBI Group, this function translates the strategic requirements of a holistic Operational Resilience approach into operational processes, as well as developing metrics and ongoing performance measurement and reporting.
You proactively engage with business partners to enable them to implement new business continuity processes so they can respond and adapt quickly to disruptions and unplanned changes. Tasks
- Define and implement a business continuity framework suitable for the RBI Group to ensure the necessary capabilities within the Head Office and throughout the RBI Group
- Define suitable KPIs to measure the effectiveness of BCM and monitor them
- Perform necessary activities in accordance with the BCMS lifecycle, primarily for RBI’s Austrian subsidiaries
- Define and implement a crisis management policy suitable for the RBI Group and execute the crisis management process for the RBI Group
- This role focuses on building strong relationships within the RBI Security department as well as with business units and relevant key stakeholders
- Travel to countries served by the RBI Group
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Solid knowledge of business continuity management concepts, methodologies, technologies, and products
- Practical experience with organizational and business models in a regulated environment, as well as business-related processes. Relevant experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Strong coordination and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of ICO standard 223xx or BCI certification
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; German is a plus
