By starting your career in the Investment Banking Division as an Analyst/Associate on the Mergers & Acquisitions team, you will play a key role in executing the firm’s business. Senior bankers will get to know you—both as a person and as a valued member of a winning team.

Tasks

• Performing valuation analyses
• Working on mergers and acquisitions
• Building detailed financial models and executing transactions from pitch to close
• Analyzing market data, building detailed financial models, and preparing client presentations
• Coming up with innovative and creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges
• Learning how we help clients and communities grow and honing your technical skills
• Building your professional network with mentors, senior executives, and others

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience working in the front office of a top-tier investment bank
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
• Good understanding of the M&A and capital markets transaction cycle and the processes involved
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluency in Korean, as this role will involve supporting and interacting with Korean clients
