OPERATIONS is a dynamic, multifaceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm’s assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business operations.

Equities Client Integration is part of the Client Experience Group within the Global Banking & Markets division. The team supports the onboarding of new Equities clients globally. The team works closely with our clients and internal stakeholders, including Sales, the New Business Group, the Connectivity Team, the Configuration Team, and the Middle Office. The focus is on ensuring that end-to-end setup is in place to provide efficient and timely onboarding, with an optimal client experience and end-to-end straight-through processing. The Equities Client Integration Team is located in London, New York, and Hong Kong.

Tasks

• The key responsibility within the group is to work in partnership with the Equities business and other operations teams to ensure that new clients are onboarded accurately from start to finish and in a timely manner to achieve the optimal client experience.
• Specifically, the role will involve coordinating the onboarding configuration for new clients trading equity products, as well as enabling existing clients to access new products and markets within Equities.
• It is also the team’s responsibility to proactively ensure that any newly on-boarded clients encounter no issues once trading begins. This will be achieved by monitoring the client’s activity for a period of at least 30 days to ensure end-to-end straight-through processing.
• This role will allow the candidate to collaborate with multiple teams globally across operations, technology, and business, and to develop a solid understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle for equities.
