Due to an upcoming retirement, we are seeking a strong sales-oriented leader.

Tasks

Together with your fellow manager (back office) and the cooperative’s governing bodies, you will shape the bank’s strategic development and manage it with a focus on results.
As a sales professional, you’ll personally serve key clients in the retail and commercial sectors and tap into additional business potential, particularly in the area of financing.
Together with your sales team, you’ll drive innovation in the use of digital sales channels.
As a leader who works with others as equals, you will foster the professional growth of our employees.
You maintain a strong network and represent Raiffeisenkasse in public.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

You have in-depth banking expertise and have already demonstrated your sales prowess.
You understand what it takes to manage an independent regional bank and act as a dynamic, business-savvy leader.
You have a positive demeanor and feel at home in a variety of business environments.
Ideally, you already have leadership experience and meet the regulatory requirements for an executive management role (Fit & Proper). Or you are willing to complete the necessary training steps on the job in the near future.
