The Operations division provides secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet’s wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.

As a Fund Distribution Commissions Specialist, you will be part of the Investment Fund Agreements & Commissions team and responsible for processing trailer fee commissions for our clients across all Pictet Group entities.

Tasks

  • Calculate, reconcile and relocate trailer fee commissions in accordance with contractual agreements and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of commission structures and ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on commission payments, outstanding balances, and related metrics for management and stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for queries related to commission payments.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline commission processes.
  • Ensure activities comply with regulations, internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Support the onboarding of new distributors.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking operations.
  • Strong understanding of investment funds and distribution channels.
  • Awareness of relevant regulations (e.g., MiFID II, AML/KYC).
  • Demonstrated interest in new technologies and advanced Excel skills; experience with commission management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
