Tasks
- Business Development: Drive revenue across a multi-asset product suite (Fixed Income flows, Rates, ABS/CLOs, and bespoke structured solutions).
- Client Management: Systematically grow the UK franchise by leveraging existing top-level contacts and developing new ones.
- Client Onboarding: Lead the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.
- Collaboration: Work in close cooperation with local and Frankfurt-based teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Provide timely feedback on client needs, market trends, and investment directions.
- Compliance: Ensure scrupulous adherence to all applicable rules and regulations, including FCA guidelines.
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Track Record: 2-7 years of demonstrable success in a comparable institutional sales role.
- Market Expertise: Deep UK market knowledge with an established network of top-level contacts at Asset Managers and Insurers.
- Product Knowledge: Expertise in Fixed Income flows, ABS/CLOs, Swaps, and complex structured solutions.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and a strong multitasker able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Fulfils all relevant FCA regulatory requirements for Registered Representatives.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance or a related field.
- Attributes: A constructive attitude and a collaborative team player.
