The Finance team keeps Revolut moving forward with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insights shape everything from daily operations to long-term plans and play a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to translate high-level strategic roadmaps into rigorous financial blueprints for capital. You’ll act as a key advisor to the CFO and ExCo, bridging the gap between complex data and actionable executive strategy.

Tasks

• Translating strategic plans from high-level roadmaps into ambitious financial plans
• Setting annual budgets for Marketing, Sales, Credit, Savings, and other departments requiring investment to ensure we maximize long-term ROI
• Monitoring financial performance across departments and budgets, and developing insightful analyses to understand financial performance across countries, user segments, and campaigns
• Deciding which financial and growth metrics to set as KPIs to determine incentives and maximize performance
• Using and creating AI-driven tools to automate and enhance financial performance monitoring
• Working on high-impact initiatives directly with the CFO

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analysis consulting, or strategic/commercial finance roles at a top-tier tech company
• Excellent financial modeling, financial analysis, and data analysis skills
• A proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional, high-growth environments
• The ability to solve complex problems and produce impeccable reports and frameworks

Nice to have

• Experience in retail banking
• A CFA, MBA, or other relevant industry certifications
