Jefferies GmbH is seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Finance Process & Reporting Analyst to support the Finance organisation in enhancing, documenting, and automating key reporting processes. This role will work closely with various Finance stakeholders to strengthen the control environment, streamline reporting workflows, and ensure all documentation remains accurate and up to date.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong analytical and technical capabilities, paired with a solid understanding of financial products and accounting principles.

Tasks

Process & Reporting Enhancement

  • Support the Finance team in the automation and optimisation of financial reporting processes.
  • Analyse financial data, identify patterns or risks, and translate findings into clear business requirements.

Policy & Control Framework

  • Review relevant Finance policies and ensure they reflect current regulatory, operational, and reporting requirements.
  • Identify procedural or control gaps and drive actions to remediate them in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all Finance procedures and process documentation are complete, accurate, and regularly updated.

Documentation & Governance

  • Produce high-quality process documentation, business requirement documents, and workflow summaries.
  • Maintain documentation repositories to support internal controls, audits, and regulatory reviews.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Structured and organised approach to work, with strong documentation discipline.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret data and define process improvements.
  • Sound knowledge of financial products and accounting concepts, ideally gained within a financial services environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams.
