Be the gatekeeper of Korea Securities’ financials—own reporting, protect integrity, and set the control standard.

As a Legal Entity Controller in the Korea Securities Branch, you will be responsible for various financial reporting functions, including but not limited to monthly LEC attestations, as well as various monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. You will oversee the integrity of the financial statements and regulatory reporting for the Securities Branch and partner with regional controllers to ensure that the Legal Entity Control Standards are applied consistently across all legal entities.

Tasks

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
• Prepare securities-related regulatory filings and financial reports.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Control, Business Management, Operations) to implement new or revised regulatory filings.
• Conduct impact and gap analyses to support new regulatory requirements and product rollouts.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Accounting/finance experience with strong technical proficiency and business acumen.
• Fluency in English and Korean, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
