Be part of the Legal Entity Controller team responsible for various financial reporting functions for the Korea Securities Branch.

As a Finance - Legal Entity Controller (12-month contract) within our Legal Entity Controller team for the Korea Securities Branch, you will be responsible for various financial reporting functions for the Korea Securities Branch. These financial reporting functions include monthly LEC attestations, as well as various monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Additionally, you will oversee the integrity of the financial statements and regulatory reporting for the Securities Branch and collaborate with regional controllers to ensure that Legal Entity Control Standards are applied consistently across all legal entities. This role is intended for an initial term of approximately 12 months; however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended.

Tasks

• Accounts Payable processing;
• Prepare regulatory filings and financial reports for the securities division;
• Collaborate with various teams (product control, business managers, operations, etc.) to manage the implementation of new or revised regulatory filings;
• Impact analysis and gap analysis for new regulations and product rollouts;

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Background in accounting and/or finance with solid technical and business knowledge
• Proficiency in English and Korean, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good team player
