Senior Credit Risk Analyst (m|f|x) Wien

Tasks

• Analyze credit proposals based on financial, industrial and structural factors, current market conditions and rating assessments
• Perform financial analysis (balance sheet, cash flow, profitability, etc.)
• Prepare credit risk assessment reports
• Support the Credit Committee’s decision-making process
• Conduct periodic portfolio analysis
• Perform & validate rating assessments
• Monitor covenants and conditions
• Follow up on financial documentation
• Coordinate with the relevant departments to obtain missing information
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy
• Apply internal credit policies and procedures
• Identify and flag potential risks
• Support risk mitigation actions
• Contribute to reporting and process improvements
• Monitor specialized lending exposures
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk analysis or a similar role
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Sense of responsibility and ownership
• Structured and organized working style
• Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• Knowledge of corporate lending and risk assessment
• Familiarity with EU / Austrian regulations
• Fluent in English
• German is an advantage
