Data & Document Specialist with Italian (m|f|x) Wrocław

Tasks

At UBS WM Operations Wroclaw, you can contribute to the processing and management of end-to-end client transactions

• checking the completeness and consistency of received documentation
• maintaining and enriching client data in internal systems
• updating client data
• ensuring that received documents align with the information on the application form and comply with all UBS and regulatory guidelines
• conducting periodic checks to ensure the highest quality of service
• entering all documentation into the system to ensure proper setup

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

While experience is helpful, it is not required, as comprehensive training is provided in all of these complex disciplines.
