Controller – Finance (m|f|x) Bendern

We are looking for a Controller for our dynamic Finance team in Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be part of the group-wide Controlling team and will work closely with other controllers and accountants in various locations (including Switzerland, Ireland, Hong Kong, and New York) in an international environment. The focus of this role is on the allocation of fees collected by LGT CP Funds within the Group and also includes additional responsibilities in controlling and group accounting. You will apply your conceptual and analytical approach to solving future projects and challenges. You can expect a motivated team in a work environment characterized by flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes, where you can actively contribute and participate.

Tasks

• Participation in the monthly process for calculating and distributing fees (primarily management fees) from LGT CP Funds to the respective companies;
• Analysis and validation of fees as a key basis for accounting and reporting, with a direct impact on the financial results of the LGT Capital Partners Group;
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses of financial metrics for various internal stakeholders;
• Maintaining and further developing systems, interfaces, processes, and data quality;
• Communicating with various stakeholders worldwide (investment controllers, accountants, controllers, and auditors).

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• A degree from a university or university of applied sciences, preferably with a specialization in finance, banking, or a related field;
• Initial relevant experience in controlling and/or accounting;
• A knack for numbers and good IT skills, particularly in Excel;
• Good written and spoken German and English skills;
• High attention to detail combined with organizational skills and a holistic approach;
• A motivated team player with an approachable and open personality.
