Join us as a Commercial Sales Support Specialist where you will be developing you will provide sales and customer/relationship management support to our portfolio of corporate customers, which promote retention and loyalty. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive, ensure any issues are handled professionally, escalated appropriately and resolved quickly in a professional manner. Working in partnership with Relationship Managers and Coverage teams in our Commercial business, you will create the best possible client outcomes and experience, providing guidance and service excellence, with a focus on problem solving, best practice and which provides value and customer satisfaction.
Tasks
Accountabilities
- Provision of support to sales teams including administrative support through the maintenance and preparation of sales reports and customer databases, the creation of marketing collateral such as product brochures, and relationship manage initiatives with key clients.
- Preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
- Management of customer information and enquiry/issue resolutions, including the tracking of customer interactions, and accurate maintenance of customer records.
- Coordination with various internal departments, such as operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and timely delivery of products or services to customers.
- Analysis of sales data to support the identification of trends, tracking of sales performance, and provision of insights to the sales team for strategic decision-making.
- Market research for identification of potential leads, target markets, and competitive intelligence to support sales strategies and initiatives.

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Experience in a similar sales support, sales enablement, or client support function.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly organised and able to demonstrate experience working with corporate sales customers.
- Great problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
Desirable skills include:
- Knowledge of payments acquiring would be desirable
- Experience working in sales support roles for FinTech/Payments domain highly advantageous but not essential.
