We are seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Officer to strengthen our Luxembourg-based team. The Client Relationship Officer will be responsible for all operational aspects of daily banking activities with the aim of delivering a world-class client experience by ensuring operational excellence on the front lines.

Tasks

  • Serve as the point of entry for all operational requests from bankers or clients
  • Process payments and transfers while ensuring that callbacks are systematically performed and providing support for other transactional activities as needed
  • Ensure that the team has adequate coverage for incoming calls
  • Place orders on the market or perform a dual-review of orders placed by others
  • Ensure strict follow-up on client documentation
  • Administer the end-to-end account-opening process, taking into account local regulatory requirements
  • Obtain KYC information and update supplementary documents in the systems.
  • Process workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions, etc.)
  • Comply with all existing policies and directives and support the implementation of new ones, as needed
  • Build close relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Provide support with administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure close follow-up on all your tasks

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

Required experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar relevant qualification
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at a private bank
  • A strong interest in financial markets and current international affairs
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, tax, AML, and KYC is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and diligently with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Reliable, flexible, and resilient, with the ability to multitask
  • Service- and solutions-oriented with a proactive mindset

Language skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Swedish or Danish
  • French is a plus
