Tasks

To support our long-term growth in the intermediary business, we are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy individual to serve as Client Relationship Officer for External Asset Managers (EAM) and External Wealth Advisors (EWA). In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Proactive and efficient handling of day-to-day business, primarily through digital banking channels
• Independent receipt and processing of securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives transactions in Avaloq
• Independently supporting External Asset Managers (EAM) and External Wealth Advisors (EWA) with general banking transactions
• Covering for other team members in all administrative matters (office management, business trips, schedule management, presentations, correspondence)
• Collaboration on projects

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• Completed banking apprenticeship, with experience as an assistant or client advisor in intermediary business or in supporting private banking clients
• Further professional training in banking or a business management qualification would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives, as well as regulatory requirements in the intermediary or private banking sector
• Excellent customer focus and a service-oriented attitude, combined with an empathetic and outgoing personality
• High degree of initiative and independence, as well as a precise and efficient work style
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
