Tasks

For our EAM team in Vaduz, we are seeking a responsible, client-oriented individual who will actively support our relationship managers in serving asset managers and multi-family offices domiciled in Liechtenstein and proactively drive their own initiatives forward.

• Independently handling inquiries and orders from our intermediaries (asset managers and multi-family offices domiciled in Liechtenstein) as part of day-to-day operations
• Proactively supporting the relationship managers in maintaining and developing existing intermediary relationships
• Taking independent responsibility for a clearly defined after-sales process regarding investment and product recommendations, in close coordination with the relevant Relationship Managers
• Coordinating the necessary internal clarifications and the further implementation of client requests
• Preparing for and following up on client and prospect meetings, including presentations, evaluations, and correspondence
• Acting as a substitute for Relationship Managers and building your own network within the intermediary community
• Participating in new business development activities and in the further development of processes and service quality within the team
• Long-term prospect: gradually taking on your own, clearly defined client portfolio

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

For this position of responsibility, we are seeking a dedicated and entrepreneurial individual with the following profile:

• Completed banking or business training with specialized continuing education; advanced specialized training in banking or business administration is a plus
• Several years of experience in intermediary business or private banking, ideally in a CRO, Assistant RM, or comparable role
• Experience in the after-sales follow-up of investment and product recommendations is a plus; enjoyment of actively interacting with intermediaries, as well as strong execution and closing skills
• Good knowledge of securities and foreign exchange trading; knowledge of investment products
• Understanding of the regulatory framework in international intermediary or private banking (particularly cross-border, MiFID, and AML)
• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as a passion for taking responsibility for the thorough follow-up of client inquiries
• A structured, independent, and forward-thinking approach to work with high standards for quality
• Excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and strong teamwork abilities
• A dynamic, proactive personality with a spirit of initiative and a passion for improving processes
• Fluent written and spoken German and very good written and spoken English
