As Assistant Relationship Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you will be an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) by actively assisting them in managing client relationships and by taking care of day-to-day client business. In addition, you will provide seamless client experiences by efficient carrying out administrative, operational, and compliance-related tasks.

Tasks
- Provide day-to-day support in administrative and commercial activities
- Responding to client enquiries by email or telephone
- Perform account openings, closings and other documentations
- Prepare client meetings and occasionally events
- Monitor client portfolios, handle client orders, handle asset maturities and corporate actions
- Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- University degree in finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
- At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of Private Banking
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Avalog system is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills grounded in strong work ethics, integrity, and high accountability
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in German is a plus
