Tasks
- Supervision of services providers relating to accounting and the financial statements preparation
- Preparation of investors’ financial reports on a quarterly basis
- Preparation of capital calls /distributions to investors and cash flow monitoring
- Preparation of transfer documentation for the new joiners and leavers
- Key contact with custodian bank for payment processing, cash movements and documentation matters
- Coordination of the audit processes and the tax statements preparation
- Preparation and sending of annual tax reporting for our staff investors (UK, US, Italian and German)
- Coordination of accounting, reporting and controlling
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- Master’s degree in Accounting Finance / Internal control & Audit / (Business Schools or universities)
- Professional confidentiality and discretion
- Knowledge of the Private Equity industry in Luxembourg and day-to-day funds operation
- Autonomous and dynamic
- Hands-on approach and ability to multitask
- Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills
- Rigorous and detail oriented
- Team spirit
- Flexible
- Strong oral and written communication skills. French and English are required
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.), Efront knowledge is an asset
