Business & Product Manager, PWM Investment Platform (m|f|x) Hong Kong

Tasks

• Coordinate the approval of new investment products for PWM Asia by the Asia Product Validation Committee.
• Implement and roll out new investment products for PWM clients in Asia in coordination with all relevant business, control, and corporate functions.
• Update and revise contractual and other product- and mandate-related documents in collaboration with the legal departments in Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Perform daily operations related to investment mandates: onboarding process, review of constraints, and monitoring.
• Coordinate the Asia Customization Review Forum to ensure that any mandate customization aligns with investment guidelines while identifying opportunities to optimize and scale operations for all mandates managed by investment teams based in Asia.
• Collaborate with the investment teams to provide support to front-office teams regarding investment product availability and operations.
• Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives related to investment products.
• Support the preparation of local regulatory reports related to investment products.
• Actively participate in the monthly “run-the-bank” meeting to represent the investment platform.
• Actively participate in the Operational Committee.
• Serve as the local point person for regulatory matters and interactions with regulators regarding the investment platform.
• Reporting structure:

• Functional/regulatory reporting to the local CEO
• Business reporting to the PWM Investment Platform Business Manager – Asia

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

• 7 to 10 years of work experience in business and/or product management in wealth management or asset management
• Outstanding analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• The ability to synthesize and present information clearly
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. A good understanding of VBA, Tableau, and Bloomberg applications is a plus.
• Solid knowledge and/or experience in securities trading, securities advisory, and asset management (or equivalent licenses)
