  • Participate in the country’s financial reporting and budgeting cycle, monitoring monthly performance by business unit and function against the approved plan through variance analysis and forecasting
  • Partner with the Head of Business Performance to support senior management decision-making, providing commercial insight and constructive challenge where appropriate
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support strategic change and ongoing business priorities
  • Conduct analysis across assigned business areas, identifying opportunities for growth and actions to mitigate emerging risks
  • Implement controls in the reporting process to ensure that outputs are accurate, relevant, and delivered on time

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing databases and extracting key information
  • A broad understanding of financial budgets, statements, and models, along with experience analyzing data effectively for planning, forecasting, and reporting in a financial services environment, is highly desirable
