As an Associate on the Securities Services Operations Business Management team within Global Finance & Business Management, you will partner with Operations leaders to support the execution of the team’s strategy and business management priorities. You will combine strategic planning with coordinating delivery across stakeholders and produce high-quality management reports that enable leadership to monitor performance, risks, dependencies, and progress toward our goals. You will play a key role in the successful delivery and management of operations strategies and ensure timely, accurate updates for senior audiences. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and enhance transparency across the organization.
Tasks
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, analyzing data sets to facilitate insights for senior management decision-making.
- Maintain and track objectives and corresponding key results, ensuring alignment with the broader strategic priorities of Securities Services Operations.
- Craft and develop organizational communication strategies for global town halls and keynote events.
- Develop comprehensive materials for business reviews and strategic working sessions, demonstrating organizational success within senior forums, and incorporating business metrics, financial performance, and updates on key initiatives and results.
- Create ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior management, ensuring that key priorities and messaging are conveyed.
- Drive cross-line-of-business initiatives, focusing on the development and support of our AI Book of Work and broader transformation initiatives, while maintaining a strategic link to operational goals and requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and enhance transparency.
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Prior experience in business management, as a chief operating officer, or in financial management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, including senior management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities.
- An inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent approach to work, with the ability to challenge peers.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Native-level or fluent English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- A university degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Software skills, such as SharePoint, Teams, Tableau, and the Alteryx Suite.
- Previous experience with securities services operations.
