What it's about

In this position, you have the opportunity to play an important role in Partners Group's Portfolio Solutions Team, responsible for managing portfolios across our closed-ended, mandate and evergreen solutions. You will coordinate equity-syndication processes across Partners Group's Private Equity, Private Infrastructure, Private Real Estate and Royalties investments globally, across their life cycle.

Tasks

• Coordination of equity-syndication processes for new investments (both co-underwriting and post signing) and follow-on capital requirements of portfolio companies and assets across Partners Group’s Equity Asset Classes
• Guiding investment teams in the preparation of marketing and information materials in relation to the investment being syndicated, and acting as an interface between clients and investment teams during the due diligence process
• Maintaining close interactions with our client solutions and portfolio management teams to build books of demand from investors for Partners Group transactions generating overflow capacity and to support client due diligence and transaction execution efforts
• Establishing relationships across the organization to run successful and efficient end-to-end processes across investment teams, client solutions, portfolio management, structuring, operations and other process participants
• Involved in institutionalizing the team further

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

For this unique opportunity, we need a person who works well in a global organization and is a self-starter with strong interpersonal, communication and execution skills. Successful candidates should have the following profile:  

• 3-6 years of equity capital markets, leveraged finance or investment banking experience at a leading financial institution
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of private markets, in particular Private Equity and Private Infrastructure, including detailed understanding of transaction execution processes (constituents, legal and marketing documents, etc.)
• Team worker with self-drive and a strong desire to contribute, learn, develop and make a difference
