JPMorgan Asset Management (Switzerland) LLC in Zurich is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a 50% position, with a start date to be agreed upon. In this role, you will work directly with sales executives to support all aspects of the sales business. Your daily responsibilities will include managing reporting tasks, handling ad hoc client requests, and sending informational materials—including mailings and periodic reports—to clients. You will be responsible for maintaining CRM tools and mailing lists to ensure data accuracy and smooth communication flows. Additionally, you will prepare product presentations and support the marketing team with pre-event tasks. Beyond these core tasks, you will maintain close contact with product specialists and other teams around the world to facilitate a smooth flow of information.

Tasks
- Knowledge of banking, finance, and/or investment funds would be an asset
- Client-oriented, with a focus on high service quality and efficiency
- Data Analysis & Numerical Proficiency: Conduct data analysis and deliver insights with strong numerical and quantitative skills
- Interest in and understanding of the asset management industry and investment funds
- Native German speaker; fluent spoken and written English; French would be an asset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel. Coding skills would be an asset
