Tasks

  • Further development and expansion of controlling processes in the areas of asset management and investment
  • Participation in, and where applicable, leadership of cross-departmental and cross-country projects in the area of asset management (development and implementation)
  • Point of contact for VIG companies regarding questions about portfolio management and reporting
  • Support in monitoring investment limits and tracking necessary actions
  • Preparing documents for investment meetings
  • Ensuring data quality and preparing investment data
  • Coordinating, analyzing, and managing relevant investment and reporting documents

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on business, finance, economics, or business mathematics
  • Knowledge of and interest in capital markets, economic relationships, and the fields of controlling, reporting, or analysis; knowledge of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a plus
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in at least one of the above-mentioned areas
  • A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as excellent German and English language skills; knowledge of a CEE language is a plus
