Did you know that we’re one of the most popular employers in the country? Of course: we’re also one of the leading banking groups in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. We don’t just shine on the outside—we have inner values, too. The banking landscape is changing, and so are we. Cross-functional teams, rapid knowledge sharing, independent work, and creativity are very important to us. This is the only way for the bank to bring products and services to market in these fast-paced times that offer real added value and are therefore in demand. Join our team and help shape the future with us!
Approximately 45,000 employees serve 18.6 million customers through roughly 1,500 branches, the vast majority of which are located in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
