At Julius Baer, we celebrate and value the unique qualities you bring, enabling you to make an impact, to be entrepreneurial, to be empowered, and to create value beyond wealth. Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.
In addition to the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) Private Banking role profile, the Account Manager Private Banking (AM PB) takes ownership of account administration, documentation formalities, and tasks related to daily operations and projects that impact account administration. Unlike the Relationship Manager (RM), the AM PB does not have a client book of their own. The AM PB reaches out to clients as appropriate, working closely with the RM. He or she demonstrates excellent professional, personal, and social skills when liaising with clients and the RM. The AM PB ensures the operational management of client accounts and interacts independently with internal and external stakeholders, provides clients with relevant information, and supports RMs in implementing customized solutions. Furthermore, the AM PB serves as a role model in delivering the highest quality of service to clients, RMs, and Group Heads (GHs) in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner, consistently embodying the Julius Baer values (Care, Passion, and Excellence) and thereby helping the team manage and grow its current client base. He or she channels client feedback to the relevant individuals and departments within the Bank to foster continuous improvement and rapid adaptation of processes. The AM PB demonstrates professional commitment to ensuring excellent account administration—both for clients and for the Bank—and is willing to go the extra mile.
