We are an AGILE AND DRIVEN team responsible for managing and developing key client relationships across clearing, settlement, custody and related post‑trade services. Our goal is to deliver high‑quality, reliable post‑trade solutions, ensure client satisfaction and act as a trusted partner throughout the entire transaction lifecycle. In this position you will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Product Management, IT and Compliance, as well as with external clients and market participants.
Tasks
- First-level contact for a wide range of customer inquiries from SIX Clearing & Custody Post-Trading clients
- Handling, internal coordination and resolution of customer requests
- Dedicated support and servicing of smaller clients (or client groups)
- Responsibility for and independent execution of specific tasks affecting an entire client group
- Support of Relationship Managers with partial deputy role
Profile / Your qualification / Your personality
- At least 3 years of experience in the Post-Trading business (Clearing, Custody and Securities Finance)
- Enjoy direct client contact
- Independent, efficient and well-structured working style
- Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
