As an Advisor Analyst Trainee in Global Private Bank, you will work with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training program, during which you will join incoming analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we conduct business, develop technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives, and build global networks. Throughout the Advisor Training Program, you’ll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, as well as continued opportunities for development, engagement, and the chance to participate in program initiatives. You’ll have everything you need to succeed—from training and mentorship from senior executives to projects that put all your skills to use. You’ll be encouraged to network across the firm and explore all our opportunities as you consider your next career move. After the program, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers with us.

• Deliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage, and grow wealth
• Understand our clients’ unique needs and tailor your approach to exceed expectations, which requires collaboration across teams and throughout the firm to provide first-class service

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• An expected graduation date between August 2026 and July 2027.
• A highly motivated individual who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Genuine interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends
• Desire to eventually work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Highly inquisitive, focused, and considerate
• Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
  

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Fluency in Italian may be required; a second EU language is preferred but not essential.
