We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.

You’ll be working in our Wealth Management APAC Switzerland team. We serve wealthy high net worth and ultra high net worth private individuals, families; managers & executives, entrepreneurs in Asia (China, Hong Kong, Japan, Southeast Asia, Taiwan).

Tasks

• build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
• support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction
• coordinate projects with various stakeholders and acquire know-how in project management and business development

Profile / Your qualification / Your personality

We’re looking for a candidate who

• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
