Aufgaben

POSITION PURPOSE

This position is responsible for supporting the local Sales team to maximize their ability to effectively and efficiently generate new business and retain existing clients. The role holder will be part of a team comprising of the Head of Mid-Europe Distribution, six Relationship Managers, one Relationship Management Associate, three Marketing Managers, one RFP Manager, one Office Organizer and one Senior Administrative Assistant.

Work at times may be fast paced, complex, cyclical, sensitive and highly confidential in nature. Due to the small office you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a diverse range of duties including but not limited to preparing MI and reports, attending clients meetings and liaising with global teams on a day to day basis.

Principal Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in:

• Coordinating client meetings, preparing sales presentation booklets and meeting documents for client presentations, etc.
• Maintaining prospect and client databases, ensure that critical client information is stored in client databases to provide access to key data
• To undertake analysis of data and prepare management information packs including commentary, this can be on current and perspective business and clients
• Source and prepare responses for clients’ ad hoc questions or reporting requests
• Liaise with central teams to prepare information packs for perspective and current client meeting

Perform research projects on various market and client topics

Be a representative on EMEA wide projects

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar with an affinity to and passion for Asset Management (preferably with work experience in the Asset Management industry)
• Ability to execute assignments in a self- reliant, accurate and timely manner
• Attention to detail
• Reliability and team-player personality
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
