Trade & Processing Specialist (m|f|x) Seoul

You will be working in UBS Securities, Seoul Branch – Group Operations.
The team is responsible for supporting the settlement lifecycle of the Korean brokerage business, including (not limited to) trade matching, settlement monitoring, reconciliations, account maintenance, and client servicing.

Aufgaben

We are seeking an Operations Analyst on a fixed-term contract basis to support the day-to-day settlement and operational activities of the Korean brokerage business. The role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, settlement monitoring, and client support.

As an Operations Analyst, you will:

• execute operational processes and controls accurately and within deadlines
• perform transaction processing, reconciliations, settlement monitoring, and exception management
• monitor trade settlement and investigate discrepancies
• support account opening and maintenance activities
• handle internal and external client queries in a timely and professional manner
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• collaborate with Front Office, Client Service, and Operations teams to resolve operational issues
• support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and UAT activities
• support testing and implementation of process or regulatory changes as required

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Fluent in English and Korean
