TPD Senior Sales - Zurich, Switzerland
The TPD Senior Sales position manages relationships with key intermediaries and platforms to expand distribution of Lazard Asset Management (LAM) strategies across third‑party channels. The role focuses on commercial strategy, channel development, product positioning, and coordinated engagement with internal investment, marketing, and client service teams. The purpose of this role is to further develop coverage of the Swiss TPD market.

Aufgaben
- Own and grow a targeted book of strategic Tier 1 & 2 accounts through focused research, prioritization, active prospecting, and high‑impact client engagement.
- Lead new‑business development: articulate LAM’s value proposition, deliver compelling pitches, and close opportunities to meet or exceed commercial targets.
- Build and execute account plans that unlock new distribution avenues, engaging senior leadership and cross‑functional partners as needed.
- Stay ahead of market dynamics and competitor activity; translate insights into sharper positioning and new commercial opportunities.
- Champion LAM’s product suite with deep, current investment knowledge to elevate conversations and drive adoption across channels.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to streamline sales execution and ensure a consistent, client‑focused go‑to‑market approach.
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data to support forecasting and commercial planning.
- Strengthen LAM’s market footprint by nurturing existing relationships and developing new, high‑potential contacts.
- Develop and deploy innovative sales ideas and campaigns to accelerate growth.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams to maximize commercial impact.
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- Significant experience (10+ years) in third‑party distribution, intermediary sales, or national accounts within asset management in Switzerland, with a focus on Zurich.
- Deep understanding of intermediary channels, platform structures, and model‑portfolio ecosystems.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills and sound investment understanding.
- High integrity, strong commercial judgment, and disciplined pipeline management.
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously.
- Flexibility to travel across the region to meet client and prospective client requirements.
- German/Swiss German and English language skills are essential. French language skills would be desirable.
