LGT is the world’s largest family-owned and managed Private Banking and Asset Management Group. For more than 100 years it has been fully owned and managed by the Princely House of Liechtenstein, which is also one of our biggest clients.

With around 600 employees, LGT Bank Switzerland has established itself as a renowned Swiss private bank and is an excellent address for both wealthy private clients and employees - this was also confirmed last year by the independent institute "Great Place To Work", which awarded LGT Bank Switzerland the title of one of the best employers in Switzerland.

Your challenge

Shape the future of rules-based investing as you take ownership of the production and continuous improvement of standardized, global large-cap equity modules (including high-dividend variants) that support HNWI mandates, UHNWI platforms, and mutual fund sleeves.

Aufgaben

  • Implementation of repeatable stock selection and portfolio weighting according to defined rule sets
  • Comprehensive documentation of investment rationales and change logs
  • Consistent adherence to and transparent reporting on exposure and risk budgets
  • Design and optimization of screening, scoring, and data quality processes
  • Translation of rules into portfolios within optimizer constraints and in close collaboration with Quant and Risk teams

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

  • Extensive practical experience (5–10+ years) in buy-side equity selection with rules-based processes, ideally focused on global large-cap and high-dividend strategies
  • Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel-based models, and advanced risk/optimizer platforms (e.g., MSCI Barra, Aladdin, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to achieve strong results (alpha) within clearly defined risk budgets
  • Experience working with ESG constraints or tilts is a strong plus
  • Highly disciplined, reliable, and precise in both process execution and documentation; always audit-ready and deadline-oriented (SLA mindset)
  • Brings a humble, open-minded approach and actively fosters constructive discussions and continual growth
  • Excels as a team player—collaborative, communicative, and committed to shared success
