With offices in New York, California, London, Frankfurt, Milan, Lisbon, Dublin, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo, the Corporate Trust (CT) team at Deutsche Bank has long been recognised as a leader in the provision of administrative and fiduciary services to the global debt and equities markets.
You will help support new business growth across structures from the simplest to the most complex, covering Asset Backed Securities, Collateralized loan obligation (CLOs) and Managed accounts, Corporate Debt, Escrows, Project Finance and Loan Agency. You will be responsible for driving and expanding CT Sales efforts in the region, focusing specifically on driving growth initiatives.
Aufgaben
- Driving new business growth across an existing client, prospect and intermediary portfolio, originating new business mandates across Trust products and focus client segments
- Developing and executing strategic short and long-term sales execution plans (e.g. market sizing, identification, priority targets) and priority sales campaigns for growth products
- Take ownership of revenue and calling targets aligned to wider growth strategy of the CT business
- Collaborate across the bank’s core pillars (e.g., Corporate Bank, Investment Bank, Private Bank) to maximise referral opportunities to grow CT revenues and coordinate on key bank relationships
- Preparation and delivery of Request for Proposal responses and tailored sales pitches
- Driving the sales execution process across live pipeline
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- Proven track record in product sales (specifically CT) and delivering sales growth
- Relevant product, market development and corporate strategy experience, preferably within a leading financial institution; Securitisation / Capital Markets / CT
- Strong knowledge of CT product and/or core client segments alongside a track record of positive client engagement.
- Experience in being responsible for aggressive revenue targets and building new and successful relationships.
- Strong network with key issuers, borrowers and intermediaries (e.g. law firms) to realize transaction flow.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to articulate clearly to an executive audience and present on a variety of topics to senior stakeholders
