Reporting Specialist (m|w|d) for ESRS and ESG Reporting Wien

Aufgaben

• Preparation of detailed documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders, focussing in particular on non-financial reports in accordance with ESRS guidelines
• Ensuring the precise implementation of ESRS requirements and integration into management reports for transparent communication
• Active (international) collaboration with various departments and external partners to ensure holistic and meaningful reporting
• Working closely with external auditors and certification authorities to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards
• Carrying out classic reporting activities, such as the regular preparation of status and analysis reports
• Organisation and execution of classic review processes within the scope of reporting responsibilities

GROUP FINANCE & REGULATORY REPORTING

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• Completed studies in economics, sustainability management or comparable fields
• Professional experience in financial or non-financial reporting and knowledge of current guidelines
• Familiarity with the requirements of the ESG regulatory reporting and other relevant sustainability standards
• Analytical skills and the ability to understand and implement complex interrelationships
• Structured and results-oriented approach to work and joy in working in a team
• Excellent knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of English, knowledge of a CEE language is an advantage

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 167,16 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant.
