Aufgaben
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients, building a strong and diverse client portfolio
- Develop tailored strategies to attract potential clients and establish long-term relationships
- Participate in networking events, client meetings, and other business development activities to expand the client base
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Advise clients on their daily financial and investment needs, ensuring their goals and expectations are met
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely update
- Support clients in making informed decisions by providing insights on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance
Research & Analysis
- Conduct research to understand client needs, market developments, and opportunities for growth
- Analyze client portfolios and provide recommendations in collaboration with internal teams such as Investment Advisory, Legal & Compliance, and Operations
Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up
- Prepare for client meetings by creating investment proposals, presentations, and other relevant materials
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables to maintain client engagement and satisfaction
Regulatory Compliance & Data Management
- Maintain accurate up-to-date client data in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML)
- Support the implementation of regulatory changes and ensure adherence to compliance

Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with senior relationship manager senior relationship managers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor client accounts, track performance, and provide regular updates to senior management
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- Outstanding academic background, ideally a Master’s degree from a reputable university.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within banking, family office, or insurance is mandatory.
- Experience working with family offices or within a family office environment is considered as a strong asset.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory (C1); additional language skills are a plus.
- A CWMA certification (Certified Wealth Management Advisor) is highly desirable.
- Experience in the German market is a significant advantage for this role.
- Strong client orientation and excellent communication skills, especially in dealing with high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
