Aufgaben

• Portfolio Management: Support and oversee existing portfolio companies, including strategic advice, participation in financing rounds, and preparation for exits.
• Deal Sourcing: Build and maintain relationships with the management and owners of high-growth companies and other relevant stakeholders in private investments. Assist with structuring and negotiating transactions.
• Evaluating Investment Opportunities: Conduct market analyses, competitive research, and due diligence to identify and assess potential investments.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Prepare financial models, evaluate business plans, and analyze company KPIs to support investment decisions.
• Investor Relations: Draft regular updates and reports on the progress of our portfolio companies.

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

• Degree in business administration or a comparable field;
• Several years of professional experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or consulting;
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with business-fluent German and English;
• Proactive, self-driven work style with strong teamwork skills and resilience.
