Aufgaben

The Head of Investor Relations, reporting to the CEO APAC with dotted line to the Chief of Staff in Switzerland, will hold Group level responsibility for strategic and operational leadership of the company's investor relations function. The individual will play a critical part in helping to further develop and execute the firm’s investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company’s vision, financial performance and future growth potential to key stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging across all investor relations platforms to build and manage trusted relationships with current and potential investors, as well as sell-side and buy-side analysts and other investment community stakeholders to lay the groundwork for a potential future IPO or M&A activities.

  • Further develop and refine together with the Group CEO and CEO APAC a robust investor relations and fundraising strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and IPO roadmap
  • Act as the key spokesperson and leader for investor relations, advising leadership on visibility and reputation within the investor community
  • Build and manage a standard-setting and industry-leading investor relations function, maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective investors (e.g., managing ad hoc investor inquiries and feedback)
  • Support the Group CEO and CEO APAC in all aspects of fundraising, including narratives development, data room management, leading the legal closing process, etc.
  • Key liaison and coordinator for investment banks, legal advisors, and auditors on potential IPO-/ M&A-related preparation and documentation
  • Organise investor events, including the annual general meeting, strategic investor meetings, fundraising roadshows, etc.;
  • Collaborate with other functional areas (e.g., clients and B2B teams, product organization, finance, marketing, etc.) to ensure consistent, authentic messaging about the company’s outlook
  • Contributes to the company's strategic planning process to ensure focuses align with expectations of driving long-term shareholder value
  • Monitors news sources to identify key investor relations/communication opportunities and needs

Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:

  • 10 years of prior experience in corporate finance, investor relations or in the investment management industry, preferably with at least 3 - 5 years pin a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology or Business, MBA and/or CFA are preferred
  • Strong, demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation methodologies, data analysis, and market research
  • Read, interpret and analyse financial, legal and operational-related documents
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Work comfortably with MS-Word, Excel and related IT systems
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information for diverse stakeholders
  • Language skills: English fluency is a must, and other languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of and interest in latest trends in the FinTech industry and digital assets (including asset-backed tokens, cryptocurrencies, etc.)/blockchain/STO/ICO
