As Client Relationship Manager Assistant EXAM at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and provide client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational and compliance-related tasks.
Aufgaben
- Provide day-to-day support in administrative and commercial activities
- Manage retrocessions and related commissions
- Account openings, closings and other documentations
- Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
- Prepare client meetings and events
- Respond to clients enquiries by email or phone
- Control, execute and monitor client's instructions (payments, stock exchange, change of static data, etc.)
- Monitor credit lines and maturities of investments
- Monitor administrative issues
Profil / Ihre Qualifikation / Ihre Persönlichkeit:
- University degree in Finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
- First relevant work experience in Private Banking
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
- Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
- Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
- Ability to work under pressure and work with various stakeholders
- Fluency in Spanish, English and French, other languages are an advantage
